This Return Policy outlines the conditions, procedures, and timelines for returning field essentials including the Terrain Recovery Mat, Trail Resilience Journal Kit, and Nature Breathing Guide Set, as well as policies regarding outdoor recovery program registrations.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible products within thirty calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping charges. To qualify for a return, products must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in the same condition as when received
• All original packaging, tags, and included accessories are intact and included in the return shipment
• The product has not been exposed to conditions that compromise its integrity, such as prolonged outdoor use, washing of non-washable components, or physical damage caused by the customer
• You have proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt from Stunningkne

Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund or may not qualify for return at our discretion.

2. Product-Specific Return Guidelines

Terrain Recovery Mat ($89.00): The mat may be returned if it has not been unfolded and used outdoors. Once the mat has been placed on trail surfaces, stretched upon, or wiped with cleaning solutions, it is considered used and is not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present. Manufacturing defects include seam separation, coating failure, or structural damage present upon delivery.

Trail Resilience Journal Kit ($34.50): The journal kit may be returned if the notebook remains unwritten in, the field pencils are unused, and the waxed canvas pouch shows no signs of wear. Opened or written-in journals cannot be returned for hygiene and product integrity reasons. If the kit arrives with missing components, contact us within seven days for a replacement or full refund.

Nature Breathing Guide Set ($56.00): The breathing guide set may be returned if the stone, cue cards, and pouch are all present and undamaged. Because each breathing stone is a natural item with unique characteristics, returns are accepted only when the set is in its original unused condition. Laminated cue cards must be free of bends, creases, or markings.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been used outdoors or show evidence of field use
• Items returned more than thirty days after the delivery date
• Products purchased during final clearance or special promotional events marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
• Outdoor recovery program registrations after the session start date, unless the session is cancelled by Stunningkne
• Customized or personalized product orders
• Gift cards or store credit purchases

4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, contact Stunningkne within the thirty-day return window using one of the following methods:

Our team will review your request and respond within two business days with return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not ship products back without receiving return authorization, as unauthorized returns may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item shipped, or damage that occurred during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until the return is fully processed. Stunningkne is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of documentation.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund within fifteen business days of approval notification, contact us at info@stunningkne.world.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a partial order or a damaged item, we will refund the full amount including shipping costs associated with the affected product.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different field essential from our collection, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of your request. If the desired replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead. Price differences between products will be charged or refunded accordingly during the exchange process.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact Stunningkne within seven days of delivery. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement shipment or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping for the defective item. This policy applies to all field essentials regardless of the standard thirty-day return window.

9. Outdoor Recovery Program Cancellations

Cancellations of outdoor recovery session registrations and seasonal module enrollments are handled separately from product returns. Cancellations made at least fourteen days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund of registration fees. Cancellations made between seven and thirteen days before the start date receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations made fewer than seven days before the start date are non-refundable. If Stunningkne cancels a program due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, registered participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

10. Warranty Information

All field essentials sold by Stunningkne include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of ninety days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers structural failures, material defects, and workmanship issues but does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, misuse, improper care, or exposure to conditions beyond the product's designed specifications. Warranty claims should be submitted through our contact page with supporting documentation.
